We are now looking for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join our growing accounts team. In this role you will have full responsibility to manage supplier accounts and invoice processing, while ensuring efficient and timely customer service for all internal and external customers.
This is a challenging role and you will process over 1000 invoices a month while still ensuring correct and accurate information is being reconciled. The role will require you to develop relationships with key stakeholders to ensure a quality service is provided and you will be able to adapt and understand the changing needs of the business.
The role will also require you to:
· Review and clear parked invoices
· Reconcile supplier statements and approved business spending
· Generate reports as required by the Accounts Payable Team Leader
To be successful in this role you will have some prior accounts payable experience and have a strong eye for detail. You will be a self starter and have a methodical approach to your work.
