Exploration Geologist

·         R 60 000 monthly CTC plus performance bonus
Established mining company that has several projects at exploration stage

Minimum Requirements:
Relevant Tertiary Qualification plus at least 3 years experience
Geologist with 3-4 years of exploration experience in Coal and/or Iron Ore

The following Skills are required:
·         Develop and mentor junior geologists
·         Responsible for planning and design/preparation of geological reports through execution of drilling work.
·         Conducting core logging and interpretation of lithographical conditions Interpretation of sites and detailed petro physical analysis of the log results.
·         Preparation of geological borehole forecasts and structural production.
·         NB Successful candidates must understand all geological technology drilling Core logging, mapping outcrop, strategy planning and operational management

Project manage many exploration projects as well as investigation of new exploration
