Our client is an ASX listed company at the forefront of mining in the SE Asian region and has recently begun production at its sole operation. They are a forward thinking company and are looking to recruit high calibre people that will be ambassadors for the organisation and actively promote a zero-harm environment.

You will operate on a 4/2 FIFO roster from POH and report to the Process Manager and Senior Metallurgists.

Key responsibilities of the role include:
·         Metallurgy accounting, budgeting, forecasting
·         Data reconciliation
·         Production scheduling
·         Process control
·         Assist with calibration, maintenance and accurate operation of all process instruments and sampling
·         Develop strategies to maintain and improve plant control

To be successful in this role you will require:
·         Tertiary qualifications in Metallurgy, Process or Chemical Engineering
·         Mineral processing experience
·         Sag/Ball mill experience
·         Base metals flotation circuit experience
·         Copper / gold experience
·         Ability, commitment, patience and enthusiasm to train and lead Foreign National operator crews
·         Genuine high focus on safety
·         Openness to strive for continuous improvement
