Operator Driver / Training Manager

A large Company is seeking the services a Trainers Manager. The applicant must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a supervisory capacity and must have been involved in the training of drivers and operators of Earthmoving equipment.

Minimum Requirements:
·         A tertiary qualification in training. (Pref Train the Trainer.)
·         Qualified Moderator and Assessor.
·         Expertise in driving and operating Opencast Mining earthmoving equipment.
·         Proficiency in an African language would be an advantage.
·         Understanding of QMS System
