Senior Mining Engineer

- Mine planning and design for open pit coal mines, including site infrastructure and reclamation plans.
- Develops designs which optimize the safety and cost effectiveness of the operation and which provides the flexibility to help ensure production goals are met.
Responsibilities:
- Degree in Mining Engineering with a Professional Engineering designation and 6 or more years of
- progressively responsible mine engineering and/or mine management experience
- Experience with computerized mine modeling and design systems (preferably Gemcom) is essential, and experience doing feasibility.
Qualifications:
- 3- 5 years of related experience.
