Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Plans, budgets for and directs the overall maintenance operations of the company, within the company policies and objectives, and equipment availability commitments
- The Maintenance Manager is responsible for equipment selection and replacement, in consultation with the Manager, Process and the Manager, Mining in the mine and plant.
Qualifications:
- Significant training and experience in all aspects of open-pit equipment and plant maintenance.
- Minimum 5 years General Foreman (or equivalent) experience.
- Excellent people management and development skills.
- Knowledgeable in computerized maintenance systems.
- Capable of developing solutions to three dimensional problems.
- Ability to sequence and schedule complex inter-related activities.
- Good communications and report writing skills.
