Training Manager

Well established Mining Company based in Rustenburg/Brits area is seeking the services of a Driver and Operator Training Manager.

Duties:
·         Hands on assessment and/or moderation of training.
·         Hands on control of training activities and trainers.
·         Monthly feedback to training committee at Head Office.
·         Proper planning and implementing of training programme in terms of a training, in conjunction with line management and trainers.
·         Quality control and management total training function, including document control and updating the systems.
·         Preparation of annual training report and training plane for Mining.

Requirements:
·         Training Diploma / Train the Trainer.
·         Qualified Moderator and Assessor with subject matter expertise in driving/operating Opencast Mining earthmoving equipment.
·         At least 5 years experience in a supervisory and/or managerial position in the training in the drivers and operators of earthmoving equipment.
·         Previous experience in training on Liebehrr, Caterpilar, Barlows, Komatsu, Bell and other related machines.
·         Ability to operate the above machines would be beneficial.
·         Ability to manage trainers and hands on conducting.
·         Computer Literate, MS Office packages.
·         Must have own transport.
·         Must be willing to travel.
