Our client, a leading Chinese/Foreign Joint Venture Mining Company, is looking to recruit an experienced Human Resources Manager.

This position will be offered as a family residential placement.

In this challenging role you will be :
·         degree qualified in HRM or a related discipline
·         be fluent in Mandarin
·         have at least 5 years relevant experience.

Your key responsibilities and accountabilities include:
·         Develop and execute the HRM vision, strategy and goals for the Group
·         Talent acquisition, selection and placement. Works with project director to understand staffing needs and requirements. Install and maintain world class selection processes
·         Job analysis and evaluation / evaluate jobs based on qualifications and duties
·         Employee development plan and implement employee training in order to achieve organizational goals
·         Responsible for transportation, accommodation, insurance, social security
·         Understands organizational needs and facilitate organizational development
·         Develop and maintains variable pay programs
·         Fosters positive employee relations within the organization
·         Conduct yearly performance interviews
·         Implement policies relating to staff recruitment, industrial relations, training and development
·         Counsel employees
·         Negotiate remuneration packages
·         Produce bonus incentives
