Our client is an international mining company focused on identifying, acquiring and developing gold projects worldwide.

They have a strong portfolio of gold assets containing majority ownership of three current and near-term producing gold mines in Guinea, the Philippines and Greenland, a 20% stake in a South African gold mine and several gold exploration properties.

The currently have several vacancies for Process Supervisors for the Process Plant at their operation in Guinea, West Africa.

The process plant utilizes two separate crushing stations, SAG and ball mills, gravity separation, CIL, two high rate thickeners and a split AARL elution circuit.

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Process Plant Supervisor with strong leadership and training skills. Previous experience in gold plant commissioning as well as training and development of a national workforce are considered key attributes.

A command of French while desirable is not considered essential.

Candidates will be offered an attractive FIFO roster, with flights back to your point of hire.
