Quantity Surveyor

Candidates will be expected to demonstrate the following attributes:
- Computer literacy (Excel, Project, Word)
- Ability to formulate budgets
- Maintaining real time cost/ budget reconciliations
- Tracking cost data-committed cost, forecast cost and payments
- Vendor sourcing and procurement processing
- Bid processing and analysis
- Maintenance of records.
