A local engineering firm is seeking a Mining Engineer for a position in Tucson, AZ
- A degree in mining engineering as well as a minimum of 10 years of practical operational and mine planning experience is required for the mining engineer position
- Demonstrated leadership and managerial experience necessary as well as knowledge of computerized mining planning tools Gemcom, Vulcan and Whittle.
- Assignments for the mining engineer position will include engineering studies, operational advice and due diligence/independent reporting projects.
- In addition, the mining engineer will be expected to establish and maintain client relationships and work in a team environment.
