This is an opportunity to work with the industries best in the developmental stages of Australia's most ambitious gold operation. This cutting edge operation is huddled amongst a rural farming and mining community in WA. The plant is designed to treat 35Mtpa of a copper-gold ore and will produce metal on site.
You will be responsible for managing the analysis and reporting of plant and laboratory data, setting KPI's, metallurgical accounting, project and people management, cost control and quality control. Working relationships will be developed across relevant production and maintenance departments as well as external parties towards the common aim of maximising plant efficiency.
Degree qualified in Metallurgy or similar, you will have a solid career base in Copper - Gold processing at supervisory level. Other highly desirable attributes include mentoring skills, problem solving ability, advanced PC skills and self motivation.
