As the Sr. Metallurgist you will be responsible for:
- Managing metallurgical controls - temperature, coating quality, melt grade, material flow, finishing, etc
- Will ensure in process and final product quality
- Will adjust process to meet quality standard
- Approving final product for delivery to customer
- Leading all metallurgical testing, quality and development activities
- Implementing Corrective Actions and process improvement activities
- Supporting customers with metallurgical questions
Requirements for this position:
- Minimum of a four-year degree in Metallurgy or Metallurgical Engineering
- Solid experience and proven accomplishments with steel metallurgy
- Solid technical aptitude and communication skills
