Job Description:
Business Development professionals with focus on development of business relationships and realization of consulting and outsourcing revenues in the Metals / Mining industry.
The candidate will take responsibility for:
strategy, business transformation and organizational change along with system implementation and / or outsourcing.
Metals & Mining professionals deliver metals and mining industry-specific solutions.
Their focus is on:
planning, designing and structuring a solution through a metals and mining industry-specific application to achieve a business outcome.
Key responsibilities may include:
· Establish / maintain relationships with Client
· executives / senior executives
· Sales in mining companies of consulting services within Europe (Main focus in CISand Russia)
· Identify and develop opportunities
· Supervise business diagnosis and planning activities
· Supervise business architecture and process design and implementation activities
· Assist in formulating the specific solutions to address prioritized gaps
· Assist in the development of capabilities and performance
· measurements/KPIs
· Define testing and implementation activities for architectures, capabilities and processes•
· Develop and testing business processes, capabilities, and architectures
· Prepare the client for deployment
· (communications, training)
· Define capability skill profiles and get involved in recruiting
· Train /coach internal resource and help them build skills
Skills required:
· • Knowledge of the Metals / Mining
· market and the Metals / Mining industry, as well as major trends and hot topics applied for the Russian conditions
· Deep understanding of the Russian Chemicals market and the players; preferably long (>5 years)
· lasting relationships with Executives / Senior Executives of top market Players
· Knowledge of Trading, Supply
· Chain Management and Strategy as well as deep experience in one and understanding of the rest of the following areas:
· Business Model Development, Business Performance Management, Transformational Outsourcing, and M&A Integration,
· Manufacturing Strategy, Manufacturing Operations, Six Sigma, Product Lifecycle Management, Product Development, Product
· Portfolio Management, Collaborative Product Development Systems (PTC), Manufacturing Execution Systems (e.g., ABB,
· Aspentech), Quality Management, Outsourcing - Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Compliant Manufacturing, Regulatory
· Compliance
Professional Skill Requirements:
· Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented Environment
· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
· Desire to work in an information systems environment
· Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Other requirements:
· Ability to meet travel requirements, when applicable
· 8-12years of professional experience
· University degree in Metallurgy or Business Administration / IT with strong focus on Chemistry
· Native Russian speaker or fluent in Russian; fluent in business English
