Geologist

Graduate geologist required to join our site investigation team to carry out a wide range of site investigations associated with the minerals, renewable energy and waste management sectors, across the UK.

The role also includes giving technical support to:
·         Senior geologists on a range of geologically orientated projects.

Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a geological discipline, the successful candidate for the positions will be confident, enthusiastic, well organised, have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Whilst up to 1 years experience may be an advantage, full training will be provided to the right candidate.

Applicants are expected to be numerate and be able to communicate effectively.

We would expect successful applicants to enjoy field work (e.g. supervision of borehole drilling programmes) and want to interpret and present resulting data in the form of technical reports, 3D models and drawings.
Good organisational and written skills are therefore also a prerequisite.

We offer graduates structured technical training via both “in house” and external courses.

Candidates should posses MGeol or BSc.
