Whether you have in-house experience or outsourced experience the underlying factor is that you have Mining experience. Most roles require a good understanding of any engineering discipline, ability to manage and monitor staff and an ability to manage and appraise contractors.

To be considered for a particular role you will have a minimum of 12 months mining experience. Senior roles will be anywhere from 5-10 + years experience. You will have a dynamic nature and be keen for a new challenge. Your ability to communicate effectively will be of high importance to a prospective client.
