The successful candidate will therefore combine a proven track record in both operational engineering & improvement management, gained in an organisation or sector noted for its Best Practice approach, together with the following credentials:
- Graduate calibre engineering qualifications (HNC minimum).
- Experience relevant to a highly technical batch process production environment, including Control & Instrumentation.
- The ability to inspire & engage at all levels... shopfloor to boardroom.
- A successful track record leading process improvement projects.
- The motivation to make a real difference to the business.
