The current Manger of this position is moving up, not moving on so you will be able to count on him for support and guidance initially as you build the division. Expect to be involved in implementation and management of waste characterisation and geochemical studies for mining proposals and to undertake and manage water monitoring for mine licence compliance.
You will bring with you 8+ years experience in contaminated land and mine waste preferably from the WA mining industry. However given the companies dual focus a background in hydrocarbon and acid sulphate soils remediation will be advantageous.
This company while not necessarily one of the biggest players on the block, have carved out a niche for themselves in [Location] and are backed up by a large national network of offices.
