FIELD SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Flowserve Pump Division is seeking an experienced technician to perform pump repairs at customer sites.
Must be a Journeyman Millwright/Machinist/Industrial Mechanic or Mechanical Technician with certification/diploma and 10 years pump or rotating equipment (compressor/turbine) experience.
Laser alignment and level 1 or equivalent Vibration Analysis skills required.
Must be able to provide hands-on work as well as supervise crews and have good knowledge of industrial equipment, installation, commissioning and start-up techniques, as well understanding of good construction practices.
Background in working in a plant maintenance environment an asset.
Must be willing to travel frequently, able to qualify for a U.S. work permit and able to work at in a Service Centre when field work is not available.
Must have strong communication skills with basic computer skills using Microsoft Office products.
