Alliance Manager

Our Client has been selected to develop an engineering alliance with
Company-A (an international natural resources company, listed in the UK, with its
principal operations in the FSU) to supply project delivery services to
existing plant operations.
Our Client is a dynamic organisation with over 25,000 employees across 30
countries that has a global reputation to provide of professional services to
the energy, resource and complex process industries
Primary Objectives
- Lead an integrated team of Company-A and our Client’s personnel to
supply project delivery services for specific site operations;
- Ensure clear agreement of client objectives and that these are met or
exceeded;
- Improve the budgeted gross margin through sustaining and growing site
project activities on a long term basis using continuous improvement
principles;
- Provide strong HSE leadership;
- Be an active participant in the modernisation of the Company-A Mine and
Processing Operations.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Experience in a mining site service environment;
- Experience in optimisation evaluation and implementation in a heavy
industry environment;
- Demonstrable commitment to HSE Management in a Service Contract
environment;
- Excellent team leadership and communication skills;
- Proven ability in leading multidiscipline activities in an industrial
environment;
- Fluent in English. Russian is desirable.
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Previous experience as a project manager on projects up to value of
US$50m or a portfolio of projects up to US$100m annual total value;
- Operating/business experience in a large industrial environment;
- Computer based systems applications.
Desired Education
- Mining, Process Degree or related discipline;
- Tertiary/Post-graduate management or leadership/business professional
development;
- Project Management Qualifications
