Project and Personnel Management Skills: Management research projects, Staff
training and development, Supervise other technical personnel

Computer an Technology Knowledge: Word processing software, CAD software
(computer assisted software)

Other Information: Lead a team of junior to intermediate engineers in the
design and installation of mechanical equipment related to mining facilities.
