HSE Officer

Pilbara Access Management Solutions WA is Western Australia’s largest privately owned Scaffolding Company servicing the Mining & Resource Sector with over 100 employees. We currently have offices in Newman, Karratha and Perth (Administration).

Pilbara Access has an exciting opportunity for a candidate who has a passion for HSE and has the skills and attitude to implement HSE strategies and develop the HSE department, which will enable the successful candidate to make a difference in a newly developed company.

The successful candidate will need to ensure that they are available to be in the Pilbara Region to cover the requirements of the role.

The position will involve:
·         Implementing procedures
·         Liaising with clients
·         Reporting safety requirements
·         Conducting toolbox meetings
·         Conducting Audits
·         Continuously improving the department

Desirable Criteria:
·         Five years experience in the Mining Industry
·         A tertiary qualification in HSE
·         Must be able to work autonomously
·         Professional attitude
·         Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
