Your core function within this organisation is heading up the tendering and technical services divisions. Having full accountability for these areas you will lead a duo of managers that are responsible for tendering and estimating for new business and all technical aspects of existing operations from mine planning and design to delivery of technical services.
To be considered for this role you must have:
· Tertiary qualifications in mining engineering or equivalent
· A demonstrated background within mining technical operations to a senior level with preferably coal experience.
· Extensive experience with mine planning and tendering.
· Strong intra-personnel skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
· Management capabilities across multiple operations
· Business savvy and commercial nous
