Responsibilities will lie with:
· Ensuring that mine activities are undertaken in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.
· Overseeing interactions with different departments to ensure plans are working to full capacity.
· Your ability to ensure that any plans that fall under your control are completed to meet stringent time frames and meticulous standards.
· The accuracy of plans meets the standards required by operations and maintenance departments.
Ideally you will:
· Have high levels of analytical reasoning.
· Be experienced in a leadership capacity.
· Be a tertiary qualified Mine Engineer.
· Be a high level communicator.
· Have motivational abilities and be self motivated to succeed.
