Manage multiple pits, including dragline operation, truck-excavators, dozer push, and drill rigs, providing short term schedules, weekly and 14-week period, for the overburden removal and coal mining operation. Includes monthly forecast of the overburden and coal operation as well as end of month
Supervise and mentor the coal quality engineer, coal quality officer, and drill and blast engineer, building up leadership skills and working closely with the Tech Services Superintendent.
Personalised development program is reviewed ever 6 months, and aims to strengthen areas of weakness and expose you to new technologies etc.
