Take a step back, delegate a bit more. Review the D&B/Dragline/ or T&S designs and scheduling, focusing on you long term planning and mentoring and leading younger Mining Engineers, in any one of these mining methods.
An internal restructuring has created this new Senior role to free up the Tech Services Manager, by taking on either: T&S or D&B or Dragline teams
Site specific business improvement move is currently focusing on accountability across the Department, and production, so your input will be measured, and rewarded accordingly with annual reviews.
Be supported by internal development, process improvement and strong coaching from the Tech Services Manager.
