Run your team across planning and production, ensuring you are never short of variety or a challenge. Coordinating all mine plans and schedules, and taking responsibility for production targets could see you earn an extra 25% of your generous base. Because the team did make targets last year, and they are on target to do it again now, a stretch target has been set which would add 65% to your base (I think that would be more than Kevin Rudd makes!)
If you don’t have your First Class Ticket yet, that’s fine, but you will need to get it in order to progress upwards quickly. Next step is UG Manager.
Building up to that, you will have responsibility for economic choices, and deciding how best to apply resources to ensure the UG mine is in line with the strategic plan, UG Business Plan and Area Budget.
