Our Client is one of WA’s leading civil construction and contract mining companies with operations in both WA and Queensland. They currently have a requirement for the following position.
Specifically, the role is responsible for ensuring our clients business systems, including the safety system, ensuring short to medium term mining plans are developed and executed, ensuring mining production and quality performance indicators are managed helping to ensuring the utilisation of resources including equipment and personnel are optimised, and assisting in all aspects to ensure that our clients operations are performing proficiently.
Candidates must possess appropriate Mining Engineering tertiary qualification, be able to demonstrable experience open pit mining, preferably including experience working for a mining contractor, have a strong and demonstrable sustainability focus.
