Senior Engineer

Our client has been a quality producer of concrete, concrete products,
and building material for close to 30 years. With a recent expansion into new
product lines and strong geographic growth, they have an immediate need for a
Senior Engineer that will lead the operations and engineering functions for their
multiple locations.
This is a new and integral position that will participate
in overall company direction, eventually sit on the board of directors.
Reporting to the Vice President, the Senior Engineer will make
recommendations for product applications, participate in the development and
modification of new and current products, and be involved in the procurement of
machinery and services as the company expands and grows their individual
product lines.

The successful candidate should have a post-secondary education in Engineering
or a related field with previous experience in construction, concrete, or
aggregate products.
- With strong leadership experience, you also have prior exposure to
quality control programs and a well-rounded business acumen.
- Bilingualism is considered an asset, as is an education in Civil
Engineering or Mining.
