Lead Electrical Engineer - Minerals / Iron Ore

Our client, an international consultancy based in [Location], are currently looking for two Lead Electrical Engineers to spearhead their Minerals group and Iron Ore Joint Venture. The successful candidates are expected to have design expertise and personal management in order to ensure the delivery of major projects.
 
With in this role you will be involved in:
·         Leading and mentoring a team of engineers to meet deadlines and deliver projects in a timely fashion.
·         Manage and direct the electrical engineering / drafting project or study teams to produce outputs fit for purpose and in alignment.
·         Maintain a high level of design standard, whilst mentoring junior staff members
·         You will be the main point of contact for all issues related to the projects
·         You will take responsibility of all electrical aspects of projects.
·         For this role you are required to have
·         A degree in a related engineering discipline
·         Experience in heavy industry design.
 
Ideally chartered:
·         You must have excellent people and management skills
·         Commercial and Business analysis skills
