Metallurgy Manager / Failure Analyst

This is a fast-paced, hands-on position in a professional testing laboratory. Some responsibilities include: interfacing with clients, materials analysis and consulting. Management duties include: employee evaluation, training and some overall lab management responsibilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in metallurgical engineering, materials science or equivalent.
- Five years minimum experience in a commercial or industrial lab that required oral and written communication skills.
- Very strong technical knowledge and analytical skills
- Advanced degrees and a P.E. license are preferable but not mandatory.
