As a Mineral Exploration Geologist, this individual will be responsible for handling complex geological assignments independently and within an integrated team environment. He or she will be required to provide leadership to the Sumatra Exploration Project Team.

Additional responsibilities:
·         Independent evaluation of geological, geophysical, geochemical and other geoscientific data in areas for mineral potential while making recommendations based on technical merits.
·         Synergistic interpretation of all geoscientific data for mineral deposit model identification/ prospect generation.
·         Estimation of mineral resource size of potential prospects as well as performance of related assessments.
·         Give recommendations for ground acquisition, design/ implementation of reconnaissance exploration programs, target identification, ranking/ selection, program planning and evaluation.
·         Prepare detailed annual work plans/ budgets.
·         Provide technical guidance to lower-level geologists.

Requirements:
·         • Bachelor’s in Geology/ Applied Geology
·         • Ten (10) years experience in the mineral geology industry – (mining and/or exploration)
·         • Proficient in mineral geologic knowledge.
·         • Strong supervisory, leadership and team building skills.
·         • Effective presentation and motivational skills.
