US Purchasing Manager

The US Division of an international mining and mineral sands processing corporation is seeking qualified candidates for the following positions:

PURCHASING MANAGER:  position entails all aspects of the US Purchasing and Procurement system.  Responsible for purchasing, receiving, storing and issuance of materials, supplies and contract services.  Includes cost effective, efficient requisitioning of stores inventory stock and non-stock direct ordered materials.  Position also responsible for the control over received, storage, security, inventory maintenance and distribution of all materials within the warehouse.  Must have high level of managerial skills – communications, negotiation and team development and good knowledge of large warehouse and industrial purchasing controls.  BS degree or equivalent experience required.
