Norwich Park Mine
·         Support HSE&T Coordinators in initiating and undertaking safety and training strategies
·         Experience hands on working relationships

Located at Norwich Park Mine near the township of Dysart in Central Queensland, the key purpose of the role is to support the operational safety and training team while ensuring effective statutory control mechanisms are in place.
 
The Role
This support role will provide assistance on all site based occupational, health, safety and training activities to ensure the competence and well being of people, the integrity of equipment and the safe handling of materials. You will believe that all injuries are preventable and strive to make the Norwich Park site incident fee. The position presents the opportunity for growth and career development in our rapidly expanding company.
 
The Person
·         Understanding or willingness to learn Competency Based Training
·         Knowledge of administration of Safety and Training Management Systems
·         Experience in a large scale mining environment
·         Computer literate
·         Energetic with the ability to form strong professional relationships
 
This position offers the opportunity for an achievement motivated Health, Safety, and Training professional to add value to our growing business.
