Sales and Marketing Team Leader

We are looking for a leader for our engineering related people business in the power delivery and motor industry to take our business to another level. This individual must be experienced in growing a service business.
Experience in servicing switchgear, circuit breakers, relays, transformers, and motors a definite benefit to talk our talk.
Leadership skills, with a mentorship approach is a must. We are a small (40 employees) company, where we foster a family atmosphere with the need to provide professional leadership, and energy as our growth requires.
We are looking for a leader with solid and proven corporate relationships to add to our current growth initiatives. You must have technical skills and the knowledge of business processes to define value add for corporate contract negotiations, management of blanket contracts, and transactional process refinement.
This position is a collaborative position to work with engineering, manufacturing, and the repair groups.
Requirements:
- BS Marketing and Management, Electrical Engineering or demonstrated Technical Sales Leadership experience.
- Must have experience in serving heavy industry with existing client relationships
- Utility, steel, mining, pulp and paper, and/or petrochemical experience a must
- Must have experience in business development, technical skills, marketing and and a proven track record.
