Requirements:
·         Limpopo Province, person with previous supervisory experience in underground operations, secondary blasting and Competent A,
·         must have blasting ticket, 4 years training experience, Train the Trainer certificate, workplace assessor and moderator, computer literate in SAP R/3, to perform the following duties:
·         Carry out theoretical training on process within operational areas.
·         Liaise with operating sections regarding trainee progress.
·         Monitor training needs in operational areas and assist in development of appropriate training modules, strategies and plans.
·         Assist with maintenance of integrated training systems.
·         Carry out assessments against unit standards, when candidates are considered competent. q Carry out moderations in terms of legislated requirements
·         Coach learners as required.
·         Design and develop learning guides and learning materials in terms of unit standards.
·         Follow up on training non-conformances and ensure training occurs according to legislated requirements.
·         Schedule training interventions according to training plan and operational requirements
