With our operations expanding, an exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Maintenance Planner or Leading Hand looking to take that next step in their career to join our Assets Team.

Reporting to the Mechanical Planning and Reliability Superintendent, you will be employed on a full-time basis based at PYBAR Head Office in Orange, NSW. The successful applicant will work a Monday to Friday roster with travel required on an infrequent basis.

As the position is residential to Orange NSW, the successful applicant will either reside locally or be willing to relocate for the position.

  • Developing bill of materials for planned maintenance tasks in CMMS;
  • Development and revision of service sheets;
  • Planning and scheduling off site repairs and re-builds of various equipment across the PYBAR fleet;
  • Liaising with a variety of stakeholders both internal and external regarding equipment needs;
  • Maintain classified plant, fire suppression and rim management documentation;
  • Ensure site compliance with documentation.

  • Hold a relevant trade qualification with a minimum 5 years underground mining maintenance experience;
  • Intermediate computer skills across the Microsoft suite;
  • Previous experience with maintenance management systems ie: Dynamics AX/365, SAP, Pronto or other CMMS;
  • Working knowledge of plant, rim and tyre management;
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills;
  • Previous experience in sourcing parts and equipment with OEM's and aftermarket suppliers;
  • Hold or be willing to obtain a national police clearance;
  • Be physically fit and be able to pass a pre-employment medical;
  • Hold a current and valid Australian drivers license.
