  • Business Development
  • Pre-Construction Planning and Estimating
  • Marketing and Proposals
  • Construction Operations
  • Business Line Management
  • Manage and direct project teams through effective communication and coordination
  • Profit and loss responsibility at the project level, plus lead efforts to capture new project revenue
  • Accelerated, progressively phased work assignments and decision making responsibilities
  • Cross-functional experiential learning, structured career development and formal training
  • Active participation in corporation-wide improvement projects
  • Tailored Leadership Development Plan designed specifically to your needs with the support of a senior level mentor and an executive management coach

Qualifications

  • Masters of Business Administration degree achieved within the last 5+ years
  • Bachelors of Science in Engineering or Construction Management
  • 5+ years professional work experience in construction, engineering, or manufacturing
  • Ability to relocate and travel as the job demands
  • Complete commitment to company and personal development beyond 40 hours/week
  • Self-starter with  a track record of growth and achieving results
  • Effective and positive communication skills, both written and verbal
