  • This is a contract position that will be for at least 3 months.
  • Our MMU (Mobile Mixing Units) vehicles are specialized manufacturing plants which require a HAZMAT or Tanker in addition to a Class A or B Driver’s License.  You will be using both your sound driving and operational skills to delivery product in a highly regulated work environment.  This role required operation of large haulage vehicles and specialized equipment in and around blast patterns.  Our drivers meet customer timelines and delivery windows for mining, quarry and or construction customers
  • A critical component of this role is following safety and site based regulations. Compliance with regards to OSHA, MSHA, DOT, and BATFE regulatory requirements including explosives transportation is required in this position.  You will spend a lot of time, in all kinds of weather, doing a variety of physical tasks that require a safe and steady set of hands.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Class A or B Driver License with Hazmat or Tanker
  • Ability to obtain a MSHA Certification
  • Exposure to heavy equipment controls and operations
  • Construction or mining experience with a strong background adhering to safety regulations and procedures
  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to conduct routine inspections basic troubleshooting to equipment on site
  • Clean drivers abstract
  • Excellent communication and computer skills
