This position will be based at Jakarta and reports directly to the Administration Superintendent.
The main accountabilities of the role are to:
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
- Handle incoming and outgoing call
- Handle incoming and outgoing documents/letter/package (put on the register book)
- Make daily clipping about mines article and distribute to the relevant bodies
- Assist other department if required for filing and correspondence
- Receive and register incoming invoice and distribute to Accounting Department
- Make Travel Request, Site Visit Request and Purchase Order for Jakarta office stationeries and other requirements
- Back up other co worker in some work related with Secretarial duties
- Minimum Diploma Secretarial and Administration
- Good Speak and write in English, Fluent in English is preferred
- Able to operate Ms. Office
- Have at least 1 year experience in the same position
