This position will be based at Jakarta and reports directly to the Administration Superintendent.

The main accountabilities of the role are to: 

  • Handle incoming and outgoing call
  • Handle incoming and outgoing documents/letter/package (put on the register book) 
  • Make daily clipping about mines article and distribute to the relevant bodies
  • Assist other department if required for filing and correspondence
  • Receive and register incoming invoice and distribute to Accounting Department
  • Make Travel Request, Site Visit Request and Purchase Order for Jakarta office stationeries and other requirements
  • Back up other co worker in some work related with Secretarial duties
Candidates for this role would be expected to have the following qualifications and experience:
  • Minimum Diploma Secretarial and Administration
  • Good Speak and write in English, Fluent in English is preferred
  • Able to operate Ms. Office
  • Have at least 1 year experience in the same position
