You will focus on:

  • Building pipelines
  • Attracting, interviewing, hiring and developing staffing plans for positions at non-exempt levels within the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Life cycle recruiting for a variety of roles at multiple organizational levels
  • Hold kick off meetings with Hiring Managers to start the recruitment process for a new or replacement position with the company
  • High-volume sourcing for staffing projects with urgent deadlines
  • Pipe-line building and talent pool development
  • Manage non-exempt recruiting utilizing appropriate internal and external resources
  • Primary contact for all external recruiting resources
  • Work place brand management through a best in class candidate experience
  • Interview process activities including candidate screening, on-site interviews, background checks, and reference checks and auditing/forwarding of job offer letters
  • Managing applicant flow with consistent communication and follow up
  • Screening and coordinating applicants through various steps in the hiring process
  • Reporting of talent acquisition efforts
  • Analyze success against metrics and create and plan to achieve ongoing improvement in results
  • Promote the employee referral program
  • Provide instructions for drug screens and pre-employment physicals for US employees
  • Ensure post offer medicals have been scheduled, including drug screening for selected candidates. Provide hiring authorization based upon results

Experience and Qualifications

  • 3-5 years’ experience in Human Resources with specific focus on recruiting
  • Proven ability in high-volume, deadline driven, project-based recruiting
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or applicable business focus
  • Strong ability to maintain confidential information
  • Proficiency with ATSs/CRMs, social media channels and Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to impact and influence others
  • Readiness to collaborate with internal and external partners to meet common goals
  • Personable, energetic and detail-oriented
  • Must possess a strong work ethic with the ability to work professionally in a corporate environment
