Job Overview

We have an exciting opportunity for a Reliabilty Engineer to join our growing team! The role would be based at our headquarters in Milwaukee, WI. Check out the details below for more information!


  • Plan and perform Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) analyses on JG equipment.
  • Perform reliability and spares optimization analyses on gathered component data.
  • Assist the implementation of Maintenance Packages from Meridium to SAP at LCM Sites.
  • Review existing Maintenance Packages and evaluate for improvement opportunities.
  • Identify RCM training opportunities and coordinate workshop participation.

Education / Qualification

  • Associates degree, Trade certification or Bachelor's degree preferred. Systems Engineering, Reliability engineering accreditation desired.
  • Excellent MS Excel, Word, & Meridium (reliability analytics) skills. Solid SAP skills.
  • Highly motivated, have a strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Analytical thinker, always looking at better ways to support our regions.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work across department lines to provide recommendations.
