  • Provides administration and assistance to the service department in absents of the service manager. Receives and coordinates customer & internal requests for service information and work scheduling. Daily tracking of technicians time & prepare payroll for approval.
  • Provide coordination & technical support for manufacture warranty claim filing & policy warranty requests & submit claims to warranty administrator
  • Communication with customer on work status and billing information. Approves & processes outside purchases to work orders. Open work orders, Edit & close work orders (invoice work orders).
  • Monitors, maintains, purchases & provides inventory control for shop supply inventory. Maintains service truck fleet operating expense & operation reports.
  • Monitors & maintain branch Safety programs; Meets OSHA and EPA compliance
  • Enforces all company policies and procedures; Maintains high employee morale & excellent customer relations; Attains short and long term objectives with good management/ planning


  • Must be able to apply the seven principles of the [Company] to their everyday work activities where applicable.
  • A bachelor’s degree or equivalent in service operation administration or similar fields; able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational, communications and customer relations skills; A solid understanding of pricing principles and discounting effects & attention to detail in all areas of responsibility
  • good working knowledge of computer & systems in place; basic equipment operations and mechanical functions;
