About the role

Watpac has an excellent opportunity for a Site Engineer to join the NSW Construction team. Your role will be responsible for coordinating on-site construction engineering activities to achieve project time and budget objectives. Key responsibilities will include but not limited to;
  • Coordinating construction activities ensuring projects are implemented in accordance with plans, designs and specifications.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and direct labour on-site.
  • Monitor construction progress for adherence to programme and quality assurance including ITPs.
  • Compilation and control of project documents including maintenance of a control register, ensuring prompt issue of documentation to the respective parties.

About you

The successful candidates will possess a tertiary qualification within construction or engineering; have excellent communication skills and a sound understanding of project documents, plans and specifications. Prior experience working on commercial and/or residential building projects is a must. You will also have the drive to develop and succeed in your career.
