The Role

The Field Training Coordinator will support operations personnel in North America by maintaining Orica's training system. This role will provide guidance to ensure people are trained & competent in their jobs covering functional, regulatory and best practices. General day to day tasks will include:

  • Management of the training database
  • Manage content availability
  • Generate monthly reports
  • Enter training profile updates
  • Schedule training

Qualifications

Technical & Practical

  • Proficient in the MS Office suite
  • Working Knowledge of MS Access program – the ability to run queries and write small coding changes

Education and Experience 

  • BA/BS degree qualified in an appropriate field or equivalent workplace experience
  • A spoken/written second language French or Spanish would be considered a definite advantage
