Subscriber resumes are from job seekers are paying to have access to job listing response instructions. By definition, Job Access subscribers are very interested in finding new employment. They may be either active or passive in their search, so the age of their resume tells us little of their interest level.
Registrant resumes are from job seekers that have registered with InfoMine, but are not paying for any Careers related services. It is difficult to know their level of interest in finding employment, however the age of their resume since it’s last update is the strongest measure as to their level of interest.
