Marco Serrano Guevara graduated from Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos de Lima, Geologist Engineer in 1991.

At the moment, I come carrying out the position from Superintendent of Geology and Explorations in Mining company Volcan, Vinchos Unit.

From June 2005 at July 2006, I working in Company Minera Atacocha S.A. was Assistant of Superintendent of Geology, we have done jobs production control, ore control, planning of production and explorations. Here we have received the auditor course in SGI NOSA.

Between November 2003 at June 2005, I working in Consorcio Minero Horizonte was Geology Mine boss; we have done jobs of reserves estimation in Mine Sigth, ore control, planning of production and explorations, implementation of SGI OHSAS 18001 – ISO 14001 (Auditor certified for Bureau Veritas).
