Paleolimnological Analysis of Sediment Cores from the Athabasca Oil Sands Area
Environment Canada seeks a qualified laboratory to conduct specified paleolimnological analyses and interpretation on sediment cores collected under the Joint Monitoring Plan.
The successful candidate shall analyze lake sediment samples from dated corers provided by Environment Canada. These will be collected from natural ponds and lakes in northeastern Alberta. Proponents must supply a detailed operating procedure for each paleolimnological method as part of their proposal in order for the Scientific Authority to make a thorough evaluation of the bid.

RFAP - Environmental Consultant Services - Source List, Esquimalt, BC
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the Province of British Columbia, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to establish a Source List to provide "as and when required" professional services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements located in CFB Esquimalt, British Columbia and any of its ancillary sites.
The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposal (RFAP) is to select three (3) firms, who will placed on a Source List (SL) with DCC to provide services on an "as and when required" basis to a maximum estimated value of $6,000,000.00, for a period of three (3) years from the date of the SL establishment.
If mutually agreed between the Consultant firms and DCC, the SL may be extended for up to one (1) additional year period and increased in the order of $2,000,000.00 at any time.
