We are in search of an experienced Owner's Engineer (OE) capable of providing long term technical services in opening and operating a coal mine.
The OE shall be responsible for Planning, Implementation and Execution of all operations in a coal mine, and will have access to the Geological Report, Mine Plan, Detailed Project Report and EIA-EMP reports.
The OE shall:
evaluate these inputs
prepare a geological model
prepare a long term and short term mine plan on basis of pit optimisation studies
prepare a monthly, quarterly, annual and life of mine excavation schedule to meet the quantity and quality specifications of the end use of coal
identify, operate and maintain the mining machineries
identify, build and maintain the infrastructures required for mining operations.
The OE will also carryout mining operations, undertake quality control, processing and dispatch of coal as per local mining laws with thrust on environment safety, cost and training.

I am a chemical engineer with a major in extractive metallurgy. I am head of a laboratory of fire assays. We have troubles in the balance of mass with the quantity of gold that is fed to the concentrator plant (leaching with cyanide and merril crow).
