Hopper/Feeder unit consisting of a 60” belt feeder utilizing a 40 hp drive with a variable frequency controller for precise feed and speed control of the belt. 60”X60” crusher feed conveyor complete with 40 HP drive motor, conveyor supports, walkway, handrail, belt wiper, covers, transition chute work and metal detector. 1 each – 406D four roll Gunlach crusher capable of producing 6” to 0” material and adjustable to produce a nominal 2”x0” product. The crusher includes two 125 hp 1200 RPM Motors, drive components, and guards. 1 each heavy duty structural steel crusher base complete with walkway and handrail with transition chute-work, and dual star access. 1 each - 48” x 30 feet long crushed product collecting conveyor complete with a 30 HP drive, walkway and handrail with covers and special undercarriage. 1 each – 42” x 72 feet long radial stacking conveyor complete with a 30 HP drive, walkway and handrail, covers and special undercarriage.
