The engine, transmission and differential all have 838 hours since being rebuilt. Machine Specific Work Order - Engine: Replaced ether aid; Repaired block cover leaks; Replaced alternator pulley; Replaced muffler; Replaced exhaust shields; Resealed starter; Installed standard rod & main bearings; Replaced belts. Transmission: Resealed leak at cooler; Replaced Transmission sight glasses; Resealed drive shaft tube. Air & Brakes: Replaced front brake actuators; Installed brake linings; Installed one drum. Controls: Repaired hydraulic control; Repaired steering control column. Electrical: Replaced gauges as needed; Replaced tachometer; Repaired apron drop system; Repaired transmission hold system; Replaced backup alarm; Repaired EMS system. S/N 1AB01652. This 1996 Cat 631E Scraper is in excellent condition. This machine is equipped with EROPS, air conditioning, an 8-speed transmission with 70% driving 37.25 X 35 Tires . Both the transmission & differential have low hours since rebuild. The machine's engine has been reconditioned with all new pistons, liners, piston rings, a reman oil pump, 4 fuel injectors, a rebuilt fuel pump, with new exhaust shields and new motor mounts.
